Pros
The technical teams are very good. They care for each other and do a phenomenal job keeping the place going and keeping clients as happy as possible. The workers strive everyday to make improvements that perform actions faster and provide better service to our clients. It's a tight group that truly cares for each other and wants to not only see but help each other succeed.
Cons
Everything starts at the top. The CEO doesn't care about people that don't report directly to him and nor do any of the other Execs. The frontline workers are cogs in a system and can be replaced but not with a backfill. The work is split up and distributed among those that are left, never to see any form of reprieve. There's a lot of talk about culture but no understanding of what it actually means in a company. The CEO pretends to want feedback, he'll setup a meeting act interested, and immediately discount everything you said if it doesn't match his thoughts so he doesn't have to change anything. His lieutenants are of a similar vein as well. There's little trust between the Execs and workers creating a completely dysfunctional work culture. The only thing that matters is sales. It doesn't matter if it's a service provided or not. Tell the client we provide a service to get a signature and then tell the workers how terrible they are at delivering the made up service they just found out we do. It happens time and time again so the workers no longer know what we actually support or implement and are left scratching our heads in frustration.
