Not so Great - Support Agent Netfor Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and service for Netfor. In terms of advancement opportunities, Netfor has made many improvements to the employee review process over the last few years, including the implementation of an enterprise human resources platform that, among other things, automates the review process. It logs issues and suggestions and offers the opportunity for team members to set and track individual goals. Netfor ensures multiple managers approve promotions. We have a nine-person executive and operational management team to address these evaluations and selections.
