Pros
- We celebrate both big and small wins. We get treats from the company for what you would expect to be business as usual and nothing special in other companies. - Lots of benefits (great HMO package, overtime, graveyard allowance (which excludes a separate 20% increase in your base pay if you work the night shift), lots of days off, nap room, game room, etc - The leaders have a vision for the community -- which is something you don't normally hear about in other companies where you're just there to work. Here, you're actually trying to achieve something for the community. - Got an interesting idea? The people here actually listen to you and let you organize your own clubs (funded, btw), events, etc - Lots more but I need to do something else now :P
