The team was genuinely supportive — my manager took the time to help me understand real-world workflows that you just don't get from academics alone. The work was hands-on from day one, which helped me build confidence quickly. The culture felt collaborative rather than competitive, and I never felt like a junior employee being sidelined—good exposure to industry tools and processes, giving me a solid foundation for future roles.
