Pros
Relatively fun environment, received pay, was kept thru numerous cuts, nepotism is prevalent (pro if you are related to management). If you were with company from when it was booming you will get to stay in your management position regardless of ability and keep others from moving up.
Cons
Just to name a few: get paid 1/2 time for overtime; management never there and don't do anything while there; expected to work long hours, regardless of personal obligations, while watching management and relatives leave to workout, take 2 hr lunches and play online. Can be "layed off" for not agreeing to take a "promotion" which would have paid same salary, to lead group of misfits and work longer hours.
