Too many tasks required to do what should be a simple job. Too many hoops to jump through. Inefficient systems and workflow. You will not be treated as a valuable employee unless you kiss up, be a yes man, never make a mistake, never offer constructive criticism, already know it all, and work long hours without complaining. Go against any of this and you're fired. You're expendable and just another warm body going through the revolving door of employees. Management is insecure and does some downright shady practices to include lying about you to get rid of you. Pass on this employer. You're better off somewhere else.
