Pros

- Great starting point for people who want to break into the advertising industry. - Good learning curve for those with the drive and passion to learn about advertising. - Management is very supportive of staff initiatives, encourages independant work styles. - Strong team culture, everyone lends a helping hand to projects - Company management encourages a strong work life balance and will support you in keeping up with out of work activities. - Access to plenty of high profile clients/brands in the advertising agency. - Opportunity to work closely with plenty of social media influencers.

Cons

- Poor pay & compensation structure as the company operates on lean start-up level budgets. - Limited career progression once a certain level of seniority is reached. - Bad for people are used to taking directions from management. You won't find much hand holding here, in fact you are expected to figure out things on your own most of the time. (Can be good or bad depending on your work style)

Pros

1. Colleagues - The people there are all pretty young (ranging from 20s to early 30s), so if you fall within that age bracket, it's easy to be friendly and nice towards one another. Everyone can be serious about the work that we do but we know how to have fun together as well. 2. Steep learning curve - The role that I took on allowed me to take on multiple responsibilities and forced me out of my comfort zone to try out new things. These helped in cultivating a lot of new skills, such as project management, planning, budgeting, regional experience, cross-country communication. 3. Open culture - You can easily grab hold of the higher management and relay feedback on things you feel can be improved.

Cons

1. Lack of differentiation between roles - In every department, there are bound to be junior and senior execs as well as team leads. There doesn't seem to be much opportunities for the roles to grow despite the change in designation. E.g. One can be a team lead but feels that his/her job scope isn't much different from a junior exec, with rare exceptions from time-to-time (adhoc duties)

Pros

1. The employees are pretty cool to work with. 2. My colleagues are so awesome. 3. We have so many different types of people and they're all typically happy go lucky people. 4. Has good team bonding activities, events and many more!

Cons

1. Working with the management, doesn't take into account our voices. 2. Inexperienced leadership, tech director doesn't know web development stack technologies. 3. Bad practises in handling of IT, no creativity at all in developing apps! 4. Failure to hire top talented individuals for IT. 5. Backward thinking, not forward thinking, company doesn't how to adapt. 6. HR doesn't care about IT concerns, only cares about KL office concerns.
