Cons
Salaries are relatively very low compared to other medical companies. If they see you are desperate to grow into another field or position they offer you the lowest salary possible. Salaries are not uniform, two people in the same position can be earning totally different salaries. There is cult mentality as managers can abuse and bully staff while favoring others. If you are applying at another hospital or branch, the recruiting manager calls your current manager for inside info and your current manager has the power to block you from moving, seen it dozens of times. However not all managers are bad, you get good ones as well. Time is not flexible, you use the same clock in system as the nurses so time keeping is serious even if you're not customer facing.
