A place where a beginner can learn useful things in electronic commerce, online marketing and sales. Young coworkers, many of them having strong abilities in various fields.

Not a place to stay. High leaving rate due mostly to low wages and weak perspectives. Confusion in objectives settlement, many unreasonable switches and changing in projects. Lack of responsibility and accountability. Weakest management I've ever seen in more than 30 years.

Many opportunities to learn and develop. Talented people.

Not so great management, intrusive micro management, people were often not allowed to use their knowledge and experience. Many times people were asked to do as higher manager commanded, even if it was about bad ideas, bad concepts. Lack of interest and indifference to professional needs, lack of organizational values.
