Pros
Challenging work environment provides plenty of opportunity for those with good work ethic and commitment to business. Recent significant improvement in sales strategies and stabilization of pay plans to include fixed base with decent commission, with strong sales leadership focused on teamwork has created a very enjoyable work environment with good opportunity for income growth.
Cons
Downsizing over the past year has dampened the enthusiasm and 'family' feel. Many friends are gone. Pay for non-sales employees remains below average, I think. Some good people in management, but occasionally feels as if managers are not all on the same page.
