      Great learning campus for new beginners. Friendly colleagues and environment.

      Cons

      Coding oriented management mostly do not understand/care contributions if it is not coding related. Training is seen as a cost instead of investment.

      You are in a new industry.

      Cons

      You are working for a corporation that cares very little about employees. Pays much less than what they listed in their state dispensary application. And as for a 401K or retirement... forget about it.
