Pros
A nice place to start and , to learn how things are going on for a new graduate. There are nice people working in this company,, you can have a friendly working environment, which is the best thing about Netas, For sure you will learn a lot. But you shouldnt stay more then 3 years
Cons
Salary is not good, will not be good for your career if you stay more then a few years. You have to resign and come back if you want to take a good promotion. If your nerves are not stable enough, you will possibly have self-confidence problems, because they will always say you need to do this and that, this and this to be promoted to next level, but even if you do, they will find new execuses again. So it is a never ending story in Netas. So it is a very dynamic company
