Netarx has a great passion for new technology, and is always wanting to grow their business. However this means that a lot of things are rushed and projects are left underfunded and in the dust.
Cons
The middle management needs some serious help with interpersonal communication, They generally use knee-jerk reactions for decision making. Ethics is also lacking in some areas as they have been known to ask employees to lie to the customers.
