      Pros

      You get your hands on a lot of technology and have room to move around and get things done. A great starter position if you want to go on in IT.

      Cons

      If you learn well you will out grow the position in 2-3 years. But they just changed management... For the better.

      Pros

      Small company well ran. The owner is fantastic as well as the office manager. Great overall work environment and it's always fun for the most part. Since the team is smaller than average great place to get lots of experience as you get to touch alot of systems with a variety of different clients.

      Cons

      No real cons, you just have the the normal difficulties you have of having a small team. Other than that it's normal work woes as you would have any place else.
