      Fully remote working, great people, caring culture, trust and autonomy, interesting tech and problems to solve.

      Cons

      Fully remote working (I know I put it as a pro, but it can be a bit isolated), some growing pains and disruption

      Great people and work environment Product has very high efficacy Mgmt is very focused and supportive

      Cons

      Highly competitive market with many mature offerings A bit of a one trick pony where others have deeper offerings ML models have to be built for each use case due to the efficacy

      The people are amazing - everyone really cares about what they do The concept is great

      Cons

      Change in C level leadership was a disaster, dinosaur views on how things should be run, turned into the boys club Org needs to pivot the product into something that customers can implement without making it over complicated People are being let go left right and centre Morale was extremely low when I left
