Pros

- Great CEO. Companies are typically structured where you will not get the opportunity to meet/talk to the current CEO. At NetWorth Realty the CEO - Mark Bloom is very hands on and available to share his knowledge, advice and experience. Either in person or via phone. - Current Senior management (Cory Vines- San Diego location) started at the same initial sales position as new hires. This is greatly beneficial since you’ll get a built in, hands on mentor from the very beginning who truthfully went through the same starting point as you. - Team environment: The office as a whole preforms the best when each member is contributing/preforming. This encourages everyone to work consistently as a team for optimal results. - You have the ability to make and create your own schedule.

Cons

- To succeed in this position you must be a social self starter who can process new information quickly and apply that new information to your everyday tasks. - You must provide your own mode of transportation. - Be prepared (especially at the beginning) to work at random hours of a 7 day week for peek results.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere to work in with a lot of great people. Everyone on the team wants to push each other to be successful. Earning potential is top notch, if you put the work in. A lot of freedom and flexibility on the day to day basis, with a lot of time spent away from the desk out in the field. You never know who you may talk to / what kinds of deals you may find which keeps it fun and interesting!

Cons

Hours can be long at times, and it's certainly not a 9-5 type of job. You will get calls, have to go to properties, attend networking events, etc, outside of standard business hours. This isn't necessarily a negative, the real estate business is a relationship based business and will require actions like these to build a sustainable network. More often than not, these things will be overwhelmingly positively to your business/results. Your results are based on your own inputs, so if stuff isn't hitting it's on you to put in more work/time to get things rolling again.
