      Every 10 years there may be 1 step forward then 2 back

      Cons

      Management is mostly useless and a waste of company pay. If they tried to leave and go somewhere else they'd be in for a rude awakening as they'd be back to making 60k in a cubicle. They should thank their stars they even got a job

      Pros

      This was a great way to get my foot into the door. If you're hungry to work in IT, this is the place to start.

      Cons

      If you get complacent, you could get stuck working support for cheap. Make sure to upskill, whether you intend to stay at Vaso/Netwolves or move to another company.
