Pros

Out in the field updating computers, transferring files and documents, installing printers. Remote into user desktop and troubleshoot and fix any issues that may be found. Meet new people on a daily basis.

Cons

Drive up to 50 miles daily in personal vehicle. Some days maybe very slow with not much work or tickets in my system.

Pros

Great experience at an MSP with a great team. I gained so much knowledge working here. There are some people here who are very skilled in their field, as well as much work to be done that is very good experience.

Cons

Many of the customers are very rude. There was often some confusion due to lack of direction from project managers / schedulers, when I worked there. I would almost always go places blindly with no idea what the actual issue was until I got there, then would often be unprepared.

Pros

I worked for NetTech for 15 years, and was involved in many different aspects of the business. I started out as a desktop support technician, and before I left, was managing a multi-state, multi-year operation. While the company is a small business, the organization has lots of potential for someone that wants to get in and work. The team while I was there was fun to work with, and was always looking out for each other and the company. There is definitely potential to grow and get a lot of different experience, as we did almost anything that our customers could ask within the technology world.

Cons

This is not a place where you will be able to be mediocre and get away with it, but the company rewards hard work and success. If you are looking for a job where you are going to work, but there are opportunities for both growth and reward - my experience says this is a good place. If you are looking for somewhere to hide in mediocrity - I wouldn't suggest working here.
