Pros
-Great co-workers - As a team, we work hard, but we also enjoy working together. The design team is in an open environment where we can go to each other for help or just to brainstorm ideas.
-Relaxed environment. We have coffee, music and the occasional Nerf battle.
-Ability to learn and grow in house. We are able to train on new tasks, keep up with trends and grow our abilities.
-Owner's door is always open.
-Flexible schedule - We have a 40 hour, Monday - Friday work week, but are able to shift our time a bit to work around carpool, doctor appointments, and life in general. We've also been able to work remote in a pinch, which has been a big help when needed.
-Weekly meetings with team and management. This has been a great way to stay on track and go over any issues or positives happening with projects.
Cons
-We are growing as a company and sometimes that can cause hiccups in the road and heavy work loads. However, the team is always willing to help each other out.
