1) One of the best HR (Ma'am is really co-operative) 2) Dinner is free if you work extra 3) Managers helps you emotionally for working extra (he say please do this work else my job will go and it might effect on you also) 4) They give 600 Rs every 6 month for team outing
Cons
1) Management taking employee as labour 2) Management work for there incentives 3) Lots of work pressure with tight deadline (Most of the weekends you will spend in company) 4) Alternate year increments (5-8% in every 2 years) 5) Less to learn technology (working on old technology)
