      - It doesn't matter the project you work on, the team is always willing to help you out and to foster a friendship environment - Good team work - They take your opinion in consideration - The admin team always have time for replying doubts or for helping out with company internal issues

      - Payment is a little bit below average - Salary depends a lot on the project /client you work for

      Pros

      I would only take a job there until I find a place where I have a chance to grow and be respected. I would never project myself in the medium term with these people... it's clear that they don't and won't do it with you either.

      Cons

      It's an uncomfortable environment, both with work and with customers. Nothing was good. The management is hypocritical and lies to both their employees and customers.
