Lovely Team, low salaries, Bad company direction, poor understanding of clients - Project Manager NetEngine Employee Review

Leadership leaves something to be desired. No respect for staff, poor vision of how to engage, treat and service clients. Inconsistent on changing to a competitive sales type commission based model with Project Managers in-spite of great resistance and assurances that it won't work. Leadership changes jarring and disruptive to culture, attitude and performance of all staff to the detriment of the business as a whole.
