Lack of flexibility and decisions that make no sense - Developer NetEffect Solutions Employee Review

This company is a joke: -Salary below average. -Most of managers and key people have roles that come from nepotism, you always find out that someone is brother, cousin or friends with someone important. -The managers have an unnecessary idea that you need to go 5 days to the office while they stay at home or don't even interact with you and talk in the chat, so why come if I could do a better job in my home? Meanwhile, other people never show up or show up once in a while, makes no sense. It's hilarious that a technology company that always "pushes for modern solutions" can't manage work from home. We did it through pandemic and worked fine, worked way better. For some reason they want to keep us in the office and have an excuse to pay the rent. -The office have few meeting rooms and people have to fight for them or do the meetings in the middle of the office, disturbing the work of others.
