      Pros

      There aren't really any positives to working here except if you're a fresher and cant get a job anywhere else.

      Cons

      The top management has the typical "Lala" attitude where they think you've been bought by them because they pay you a salary. They make employees sign a bond and then refuse to release them. Best way to get out of the job? Underperform and they will let you go themselves. The top management believes in harassing people. Take my advice - find any other company to build your career with. All the other reviews here are entered by the top management and employees there and are false. Any negative reviews are deleted from this site.

      Excellent projects with great opportunity to learn Working in latest technologies for clients from UK and US Management is easily accessible and give good guidance

      Cons

      Unable to retain staff as within a year people with experience in NetEdge are in high demand
