      - Hybrid working model - Transport/food bonus - Company hardware - Chance to learn a lot

      Cons

      - Sudden and constant layoffs - They constantly change their plans and may decide to shut down your office all of a sudden and send you home - Chinese mentality does not fully align with the Western European one - They make weak contracts with subcontractors and partners and the employees end up paying the price

      Pros

      I didn’t work here. I just want everyone to be aware that they use AI and that they intend to fire more than half their staff for a lot of their games. They’ve already done this with Marvel rivals.
