Pros

Pay was good, Flex Time off, some of the people were awesome to work with and they feed twice a week with an open snack bar. There are a few remaining good people!

Cons

There are so many to list here: One the C-Suite is full of arrogant leaders who only care about themselves and making a profit. There have been directors hired who have chased away excellent talent, so many have left and no one at the company seems to care about it. The HR department has had crazy turnover as well because the company is not good to work for, HR is not helpful at all and they don’t do their jobs well. Moral is extremely low and teams are asked to complete projects in ridiculous and unrealistic times. Changes, mostly bad, happen so fast you could get whiplash! Stay away from this place if you can!
