This place has turned into a mad house! Unfortunately, we used to be agile … and it’s turning into a waterfall hell. Hello 2013? … over run by so much process that you cannot get anything done. Micromanagement galore. If you want to spend the rest of your work life having meetings about meetings and talking about the same thing over and over in each meeting, this is the right place for you. If you want to work with a group of unmotivated developers, this is also the place for you. No one is motivated to build anything because nothing is enjoyable anymore. If you follow “agile 2” aka non agile this is the place for you. Process over people is the goal here. If you think this place is innovative like a real tech company, it’s not.
