Great people outside of Management. Small office with the ability to have flexability

VERY Political, a ton of inappropriate behavior coming from local leadership. Not a good environment, very toxic. Used to be a great company to work for and now it moved down hill fast! Fraternizing, bad language and no vision. Morals felt compromised many times!
