      Pros

      - Flexible schedule w/ fixed weekend off time; great work-life balance - Generous base pay - Laptop provision for new hires - company team building and Christmas party annually, birthday celebrations monthly - cool office setup

      Cons

      - not following standard ITIL process/es - workflow process seriously needs a major overhaul - overlap of roles happens mostly even w/ defined roles per department - system has way too many bugs

      Exciting place to work - powerful and dynamic product Fabulous future! Great CEO - visionary Fabulous people to work with!

      Cons

      Constant change with acquisitions..hopefully temporary as all is pulled together. Such exciting growth and opportunities ahead.

      Pros

      Great people outside of Management. Small office with the ability to have flexability

      Cons

      VERY Political, a ton of inappropriate behavior coming from local leadership. Not a good environment, very toxic. Used to be a great company to work for and now it moved down hill fast! Fraternizing, bad language and no vision. Morals felt compromised many times!
