Pros

The orientation training is great! The training pay for 3 months is good. That's about it.

Cons

Management does a horrendous job listening to associates. There are obvious problems within the department however management acts as if they are oblivious to the issues and tries to side step the problems. Management has no "Management skills" the only concern with management is business and nothing else. They don't know how to talk to people. If you go into one of their offices to attempt to speak with them about issues that are going on they try to brainwash you to make it seem as if "you" are the issue and try to down talk or belittle you which is not a good management style to work under. Only the top associates get the good leads and the rest are left making 100+ outbound cold calls a day and getting 5 inbound calls from customers that are just calling because they want you to stop calling them.

Pros

If helping people change their financial future is your calling then this is the absolute best place to do so. I can't believe how fortunate I am to be here. The Sales Management team goes out of their way to help you help others. Every person here wants to help you from the lady that makes coffee in the morning to the CEO. He actually introduced himself to me with his first name and I still don't know his last name. The Director of Sales really cares about each person there... She really does. My manager is knows his stuff and is very helpful anytime you need anything. The opportunity is endless. The company does in one day of sales what either of the other companies did in a week. It is all performance based fee, meaning the company does not get paid one dime until the customer is taken care of. Very protective of the customer instead of the old way of upfront fees like the other 2 companies I worked for. I know when I enroll a customer they will be taken care of and that means something to me.

Cons

That they did not hire me 3 years ago. :)
