The basic software project at NetConomy goes like this: 1. Sales ridiculously over promises what is possible; 2. Solution Architects (most of them did not write a single line of code in their whole life) design the project, and also _estimate_ the time it takes to develop the project; 3. Some poor Dev Team has now the "opportunity" to implement the (sometimes really bad) userstories to a completely unrealistic deadline;
