Pros
* As an Integration engineer there was significant travel required throughout the year for durations ranging from one week to a months at a time. Majority of the travel took place in the Middle East and South America. Many opportunities to work with a different cultures and skill-sets - mind opening experience! * Best people to work with. You will not find a closer more tight knit team in any other company. Everyone knows each other and provides support when needed. * Good pay and benefits. * Very flexible if you have a path you'd like to follow, or increase your knowledge in a particular subject matter in the company. Training is paid for and encouraged.
Cons
* The office location is best described being "in the middle of nowhere" aka Sebastian, FL. For majority of the office that lives in Melbourne, the commute ranges from 20 minutes to an hour one way. * You are at risk of getting laid off at the end of every quarter. Laid off individuals include Senior employees who dedicated over 20 years to the company and newer employees with a few years experience. The volatility of the company makes jobs security non-existent. * No other cons, overall its a great company!
