      Friendly environment. Fun prizes for quota winners. Small office.

      Cons

      When hired the following week it was stated they didn't have the hours for for so I split hours with the friend that referred me there as she didn't need the full time hours. Then the second week I was there found out they weren't going to be getting another computer for me to use, so I was sharing a computer as well.

      Pros

      I have been working here for 2 years and I can say although we have been through some growing pains, I am glad to still be here. We are in the booming solar industry and we have amazing people backing us up. Our leadership has been doing this since solar first started and it is a fun, high energy atmosphere. The money is real if you work hard for it.

      Cons

      High stress at times due to the nature of sales.
