      Pros

      Free Lunches every once in a while, owners seemed nice even though they barely spoke English.

      Cons

      Very pretentious company. Cold unhelpful coworkers that gossiped whenever you walked out of the room. The only coworker that was remotely helpful and kind was the one that was in the middle of transitioning to another company.

      • Gained valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. • Worked with some talented and supportive team members. • Remote work flexibility.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management—important messages were often ignored. • Lack of respect and recognition for hard work. • Payment delays and unclear payroll processes; I was the only one not paid biweekly and I have been working for this company for 3 years almost.. A culture that values output but not people. Callie is a major issue within the company
