Pros
I have been working here for 4 years and have never had a better job. So, I may be a little bias in favor of Net Media Group. I am the head developer on a team of three and really like the people I work for and with. Our company is small and we work well together. There isn't any animosity between the departments, there was a lot when I started but that is not the case now. We don't outsource anything, so we have a lot of controller over our final product. I have the flexibility to use the tools I need to complete my job. I love coming into work every day, and look forward to the work I get to do. Another pro for me, is that no one is giving me step by step directions, but giving me large tasks and then the time and resources I need to complete them. I do poorly when I am over managed and have not had that issue here.
Cons
The main con for me are hard deadlines, and working overtime to meet those deadlines. A common issue for all developers, at every company is time, and that is the case here, I wish I had more time to work on every project.
