      The most inept and unprofessional management of a company I've ever witnessed. This business is operating at a significant loss with negative net assets of almost £-5m. Working here will not be good for your health.

      Hybrid working policy which is good

      Cons

      An extremely bad experience. Senior leadership way out of their depth and no idea of how a business should be run. No accountability for their lack of knowledge and experience. Using employee ideas and selling them off to the Board as their own.
