Pros
Have worked here for 5 years, caring and motivating MD that really cares for staff. A small company but great benefits overall. Used to work in hospitality, and Net Affinity allows me a foot in this world while experiencing a better work life balance. I have seen career progression here and that's part of the reason I've stayed a long time. Have always been well rewarded for the effort put in.
Cons
As with all small companies, there are high demands on the staff, especially client facing ones. Career progression is limited due to size of company and long standing staff, but again due to size of the company.
