      employees exploit flexible work hours that makes the delay in certain aspects of the projects sometimes. You get fired if there is no output in the time frame set by you during starting of the job.

      1. Friendly and understanding superiors who guide you when you need it 2. Good pay for the amount of work required 3. Work that is mentioned in the offer letter is what is asked of you

      1. Sometimes the deadlines are suddenly decreased 2. Some superiors aren’t very helpful or doing work properly which results in director reprimanding you for something you didn’t know you were supposed to do or not
