      good pay, good pension, good benefits

      Cons

      favourites and friends succeed, others have grudges held against them and punitive actions taken. Management don't know how to manage. People are not treated equally or fairly if they don't fit in.

      Money is great. Coworkers are great.

      Management is petty and two faced. Training is a joke and they hold you to impossible standards.
