Pros

Great work-life balance with a supportive and collaborative work culture. Opportunities to work with global teams and gain exposure to international projects. Strong focus on employee development through training and learning programs. Well-established company with stable processes and a strong market reputation. Competitive benefits and a people-focused approach to employee well-being.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to multiple layers of approvals. Internal processes and governance can be highly structured, reducing flexibility. Career progression may vary depending on the team and business function. Cross-functional alignment across regions can occasionally delay project execution. Organizational changes and shifting priorities can create uncertainty for some teams.

Pros

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

Cons

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
