      Pros

      Chance to work and learn from some really smart motivated people. Great fun working environment, with some really nice perks. There's a real buzz in the office. The company has a strong set of values which shine through in the work that happens there. In the tech department we are using some really good modern tools, including elixir and graphql.

      Pros

      Of the brokerage models, this was and is the best. Freedom to sell where you wnt and can agree terms with that local area partner

      Hard work being self employed but when it id rough, there is a tonne of support from both head office and fellow area partners
