Pros

Great employees. All are hard working and ambitious people, any company would be lucky to have them. It's a hard field to work in and it's easy to get overwhelmed in the type of work you do here so the motivation and support of others were really great.

Cons

- Management style was disorganized and confusing to work under - There was definite favoritism which, in a 25 person company, is very noticeable - Management isn't entirely forthcoming and struggles to have meaningful conversations to critique their employees, meaning you are told one thing to your face (that you're great) but then find out in your reviews that you've been doing a plethora of things wrong. I would prefer to have been told about any issues they had with my technique right away instead of months later - I believe the company to be fiscally irresponsible based on the numbers we were given in our quarterly meetings and the money being spent on new office spaces and cars - The pay was not good for the work I was doing, particularly considering how much my work life bled into my social life.

Pros

Very family like feeling. Easy to get help or advice on moving things along. Fun activities and meetings here are also fun. Very inclusive of all people and they truly mean it. Lisa never stops looking for ways to streamline processes. She and leadership team are always available to help. Offices are glass panels and usually opened. Lisa interrupted a Zoom meeting to quickly say hello to me, door open, meeting on! Happy hours, always food ( no one goes hungry in the Nest). Happy place to work at and Lisa is FUN and super creative. She never stops trying to make us happy and keep us working. Very innovative. This really is a caring company and an amazing leader. Nest came at a very bad time to lift me up and am eternally grateful to Lisa and the team.

Cons

It gets busy, Instructions on showings or access aren't always up to date but we can and should change them to help other Nesters. That's it.
