This is the absolute WORST company I have ever worked for! The leadership team only wants to control your EVERY move. They do not care about their employees, or their patients. All they care about is making money. They force the consultants to be in back to back appointments all day because they literally can’t afford to pay the bills if they don’t.
The company is struggling so bad financially that anytime someone leaves they just pile their work onto the other employees because they can’t afford to replace them.
The CEO is a horrible person who lets upper management control her, and she doesn’t speak up for herself. The company has gone WAY downhill since the original owner left a year ago.
The HR department is a joke. Anytime you go to them and tell them how bad things are, and how badly you’re being treated by upper management, they don’t do anything about it. They just take notes and say they’ll follow up with you but never do.
The micromanagement is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have never worked for such a terrible company. They won’t last long so just RUN!!
