- Been here for 5 years, retention of employees is good - Have lot of opportunities to learn new technologies and upgrade your skills, as every month there's a Training Calendar published with free trainings in association with Percipio, AWS, Microsoft Azure and also various useful sessions with Industry experts. - Monthly, Quarterly and Annual awards given to showcase employee appreciation for good performance. - Long service award felicitation conducted to appreciate the employees who have completed term of 3 or more years. - Lot of encouragement & support for women in technology. - Community service conducted often, like visiting Old -age homes and conducting interactive activities with them, also partnering with NGOs that support Women education project. - About WorkCulture and Values - Transparent work culture, where we interact with Client on daily basis and abide by their requirement.
