      1) Good salery if u can bargain. 2) Always the company will be at the center of the city 3) Manager n TL's never interfere with your work

      Cons

      1) company is completely maneger centric. 2) If ou are not in the good books with manager,your life will be hell. 3) They will keep you until you will billable, once there are project is over, they can fire u like anything, even without notice period. 4) No job security
