Pros

I would like to share my first year experience with Ness: 1. Career growth is really good, when I switched to Ness I received good hike and working in the technology that I wish for. 2. Company provides good benefits for all the employees regardless of their level and the reward framework is really nice, each and every small work is appreciated in different platforms like Yammer and in internal project meetings (Of course monetary rewards will be there :). 3. Culture wise I worked in level 5 organizations previously no big difference everything is fine. 4. I would like to stress more on work life balance because if you are someone like me who want to learn new things and sports geek then you can easily manage everything in ness along with your daily work. 5. We will be encouraged to participate in all kinds of events like hackathons, cultural programs by the management. 6.Tech tribe is the one I like the most in this company because we don't know all the latest technologies in the market but in tech tribe every week the management will come up with a new and interesting topic which will be presented by the experts. 7. I would love to recommend my friends to join the Ness.

Cons

No major cons, I am enjoying working with Ness.

Pros

No that I can think of

Cons

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. The recruiter promised me a range of salary and when it was time to actually land somewhere she did not offer what was discussed and low balled me. Told me I was greedy and I pushed back saying It's not what we discussed. I was able to lock in the low part of that range but then she does a bait and switch on me telling me the role is fully remote. Then I am being told and yelled at to come into a office when that is not what was discussed or in my offer letter. I had a manager who sat in another country and on day one of meeting them, they chewed me out for not going into a office when I already had pre- engagements before taking the job and let everyone know multiple times. It wasn't even a hello how are you, it was a full on yelling match at me, for not being in and if I have done this at "other companies". People I worked with did my job and kept over stepping and I couldn't do my role because a PM kept doing all the design work. Eventually, I say down with HR to voice concerns and decided to leave the role since its not what was promised or discussed. Awful company with awful people who will throw you under the bus at any point in time.
