Pros
If you are looking for a career growth, you will never regret joining 'Ness', where the leaders identify what gets the best out of you, guide you, help you set on the starting line and show you the light throughout your journey. When the right exposure is given to you, you are sure to deliver your best. What keeps me motivated in here is the work environment, it's core values, the feeling of inclusion and equality. The leaders are so open and transparent here that you are always up to date with what is happening in the organization. The dedication of an employee is not just reflected in the work he/she does. The productivity is well-defined when the work done is enjoyed and that's what has been my experience always. The reinforcement from the organization playsa very vital role here and when we are paid well (each individual's compensation is well thought of), appreciated for the work (with the spot/ quarterly/ bi-annual/ annual awards or even rewarded with bonus), valued and most importantly treated equally, the excitement of working in the organization reflects in the smiles of our faces. Each day at work is not the same, there are tiring days as well; hence, the challenging yet motivating and engaging culture always keeps you going. The management is always approachable to hear your concerns as well as act to resolve the same, guide you with solutions to efficiently handle difficult situations; given the opportunity to explore more. The worklife balance is well maintained here when you have great people to work with, supportive team/ management and a great culture that the organization preaches such that every employee is given his/her space to perform better. Ness understands and respects that productivity of an employee cannot be measured under extensive pressure. From my long association with Ness, I can confidently state that Ness is an employee-friendly organization and would certainly recommend to come and be part of such a great organization - JoiNess :)
Cons
A ramp down in the project or people coming on bench are part and same across the industry and not just limited to Ness.
