Benefits : There are below some benefits which I have not seen much in other companies 1. There is no variable pay. You get all your salary. 2. Free heath checkup once a year 3. Free pickup/drop from your home/office to office/home 4. Free snacks 5. & some more Worklife Balance : Depends on project to project. Generally very good work life balance. Management and Career advancement opportunities : If you prove your competency , there are lot of growth opportunities. Management is easily approachable and very helpful in guiding you. Recommend a Friend : Yes, I will refer to friend Compensation / Salary - NESS has always been better than its competitors in terms of salary increments. Increments happened during covid time also. Environment : All people leaders/managers are just a ping away and very helpful. They make sure all your issues are taken care of. Generally a positive environment. Work and culture - Work culture is Challenging, Motivating and Engaging all at same time. Work Stability - So far I never had job insecurity in company and I know lot of people with same thought. Project rampdown and coming to bench is same across industry and not just limited to small organization.
