Pros

Learning about the coffee was genuinely interesting. Getting a machine of my own was fun. It was easy work for part-time, not particularly stressful The store manager was great and I felt like he was on the ball

Cons

As with often working for huge corporations, there's no way to change systems so it often felt like we were working in efficient ways. Sales targets were a bit silly, given the amount of people buying online these days. Team Leads put too much emphasis on upselling.
