-In die Boutique wird Mitarbeiter jetzt neu im Stundenlohn über Randstatt Angestellt ( bekommt kein Bonus, wird nur geplannt wenn nötig ist) -In der Boutique werden neue Mitarbeiter jetzt im Stundenlohn über Randstatt eingestellt (kein Bonus, wird nur geplant, wenn nötig). -Schwache Kommunikation zwischen Manager und Team - Egal, ob du 50% oder 100% arbeitest, du musst an allen 5 Tagen der Woche arbeiten.
